The Duchess of Cambridge has always been renowned for her beautiful hair. But, her locks looked even bigger and bouncier than ever as she arrived for a charity engagement. Kate was spotted along with her husband Prince William and her brother in law Prince Harry as the three senior royals gave a joint speech on the issue of mental health.

Wearing a floral dress by Erdem along with burgundy Tod’s heels, she attended the Insitute of Contemporary Arts in London along with the other senior royals to talk about the next stage in the trio’s Heads Together campaign, which aims to remove the stigma surrounding mental health.

The Duke of Cambridge started off their joint speech, by saying that mental health issues could affect anyone, no matter what their status. Sporting a burgundy tie which matched his wife’s shoes and clutch bag, he said: “Mental health matters to each and every one of us. It matters just as much as our physical health.”

Honesty

The prince gave the example of crews at the RAF Search and Rescue or Air Ambulance, where he works as a pilot, saying they had to take their mental health just as seriously as their physical health, otherwise they would not be able to do their jobs. He added that it was vital to be open about mental health and seek help when it was needed.

Kate added that people often struggled with making that first step to reach out to someone and seek vital help. Following their speeches, the three royals talked to a number of celebrities who will be running the London marathon in aid of mental health charities. They include former Manchester United footballer Rio Ferdinand and the television presenter Sian Williams. Good Morning Britain presenter Sean Fletcher is also running following his teenage son’s diagnosis of OCD.
