Arsenal striker, Alex Iwobi, believes manager Arsene Wenger will win the English Premier League title before leaving the club after signing a new two-year contract with the club.

Wenger had a difficult 2016-17 campaign with protest from various quarters but has signed a new two-year contract after ending the season on a high note with an FA Cup final win over Chelsea in Wembley.

He will also be missing out on Champions League football for the first time in his 21 year reign at the club. But in spite of these drawbacks, Alex Iwobi believes stability is vital at Arsenal and believes the club can end their trophy drought in the 2017-18 season with more addition to the team.

Wenger Is Ready For More Challenge

He said in a chat with The Sun; “I’m behind Wenger all the way and I am sure he will win the English Premier League title with Arsenal once again”.
“There is no player in the dressing room that won’t give their all for him. We will go to war for him and do the impossible for him”.
“I’m happy because he definitely the symbol of Arsenal and has made the club into what it is today”.
“It is quite unfortunate that he has not won the Premier League title for over 15 years now. But you have to respect what he has done for this club”.
“He even made history last weekend as he became the successful manager in the history of the FA Cup”.
“I’m glad that he has decided to stay at the club because it will help the team in a great way”.

Breakthrough Season

This was Alex Iwobi’s breakthrough season with Arsenal as he made over 30 appearances in all competition. scoring four goals. But was left out of the team’s line-up for the FA Cup final against Chelsea.
